The Science and Art of Changing Your Mind In a world exploding with profound change externally... are you doing your own inner work to create lasting change to support your dreams? What do you automatically think and feel everyday and how is that standing in the way of a greater expansion of yourself and your life? Recognizing that you want to be a different person is a prerequisite for change but we often get stuck in our old, repetitive reactions. The good news is that the brain has neuro-plasticity, and is uniquely programmable. In this workshop Karin shares the three stages of changing one's brain - and one's life, and all three must be authentically addressed in order to manifest authentic change. Using the teachings of her good friend, Dr Joe Dispenza, (What the Bleep Do We Know), Life Coach Karin Sokel shares her own personal initiation and professional processes with this work. Understanding and enacting conscious change, she explains, is the doorway to growth, personal power, and expansion of the mind Karin is the owner of Inflow Coaching where she leads retreats and facilitates local coaching groups on creating lasting change and conscious expansion based on the emerging fields of science and spirituality.

In these challenging economic times, the issue of money is very much on our minds. ACT's goal is to bring more grace and ease to this concern as we are being invited to shift in consciousness.
Money - we see it, we earn it and we spend it every day. But, how often do we think of it as a spiritual medium?
Money is essentially concretized energy or prana. In her presentation, Sherry Rogers will focus on the higher dimensions of money. Your relationship with money will never be the same.

A Sacred Circle of Sufi Dancing
A Moving Meditation of Divine Light and Bliss
During this time of realignment and shift, ACT is committed to sharing empowering activities and rituals that support each of us to become dynamic participants in the Sacred Dance of Transformation.
We are truly delighted to have Ramana Smallen as our guide for this Sacred Dance experience. Dances of Universal Peace provide opportunities to attune through the heart to the masters, saints and prophets who form the spiritual government of the world. Ramana will teach us songs and chants that have come down through the ages. He will also bring in simple movements, usually in circle dances. Ramana says the form is less important than the attunement. So bring an open heart. No prior experience needed.
Ramana is a long time student of Sufism. He is a senior teacher in the Sufi Order International and a Shafayat in the Sufi Healing Order. He has a small center in Silver Spring. He teaches and practices the Raphaelite Work, a healing modality that works with presence.
Also, as promised, Astrologer Gloria Hesseloff will briefly follow-up on last month's presentation, "It's Never Too Late to have a Happy Recession!" We recognize humanity's powerful gift of Free Will empowers us to work in partnership with the Cosmos in creating our highest good. We will invite in "power" with our words, thoughts, focus and sincere dedication. Then we direct this awesome ball of energy with our intentions.
