Our culture has few practices for releasing the dead with the result that many psychological problems, obsessive issues, and persistent complexes often turn out to be old or ancestral spirit energies attempting to use us as a vehicle to resolve their own unfinished issues.

In his many years of work in regression therapy and shamanic healing, Roger Woolger has frequently encountered and removed unwanted and unhappy spirits.  His approach derives from Jungian views of spirit complexes and Tibetan Buddhist awareness of “bardos” or intermediary realms traversed by the soul after death.  In his Ancestor Workshops he de-mystifies superstitions about “possession,” “evil” and “dark entities” by showing how all lost soul-fragments respond to loving and compassionate treatment.

Dr Woolger was for many years a member of the renowned Society for Psychical Research in London and a reviewer for the Journal of the SPR.

                     Important Note:  This Workshop is a requisite for all seeking to join Roger’s advanced Ancestral Field Workers Groups and other advanced healing/spirit release work.  The Groups operate as an act of service to work with heavier, unfinished collective residues after group members deepen their own connections with ancestral helpers and other friendly forces.  The course is also open as a Refresher to previous “ancestor students” seeking to widen their experience of this powerful work.   CEU Certificate is available to participants in this Workshop

          It is my belief that the present state of restlessness that traps the modern

individual  has its roots in a dysfunctional relationship with the ancestors.

In many non-Western cultures,  the ancestors  have  an intimate and

absolutely vital  connection  with the world of the living. They are always

available to guide, to teach, and to nurture. They represent one of the

pathways between the knowledge of this world and the next. …  Unless

the relationship between the living and the dead is in balance, chaos results.

If such an imbalance exists, it is the duty of the living to heal their ancestors.

If these ancestors are not healed, their sick energy will haunt the souls and

psyches of those who are responsible for helping them.

ABOUT ROGER WOOLGER

Dr. Woolger holds degrees in Psychology, Philosophy and Religion from Oxford and London Universities.  Trained as an analyst at the C. G. Jung Institute in Zurich, he has created a unique form of spiritual psychotherapy called Deep Memory Process and is internationally recognized for his pioneering work in past life regression.  He teaches in Europe and the Americas, and is the author of several books including “Other Lives, Other Selves” and “The Goddess Within” as well as numerous articles.  A gifted psychotherapist and teacher, Roger has the ability to bring people through deep transformative experiences with compassion, creating an atmosphere that is safe and contained.  In addition, he has an extraordinary (and much commented upon) ability to illuminate the broader spiritual picture – everything from Sufism to Western mysticism to Shakespeare – teaching with humor through poetry, music, story and meditation.
