Rewiring Your Neural Pathways of Emotion

Acupuncturist Bridget Hughes, MAc., LAc., co-founder of Healing Point Acupuncture and Healing Arts in the Medical Pavilion at Howard County believes that the emotions and feeling states we most routinely experience play a critical role in our health and well-being. We will examine our own current emotional response patterns and use the tools of imagery, visualization, and meditation to promote positive change and optimal ways of being.

Also, we will have brief presentations from Dr. Stephany Porter, "Our Doc's Advice on Health Tips for Challenging Times" and Evolutionary Astrologer, Gloria Hesseloff will follow-up last month's workshop with handouts on "Potent Dates of 2012."
